Accounts are the real customer records under a login. They hold names, contact details, update preferences, skates, and work history links.

How accounts relate to each other

A single login may have one or more linked accounts. Usually an adult account is the primary account for the login, and child accounts can also be linked beneath the same login.

The active account is the one the portal is currently showing for account-specific data such as skates and work history.

Primary and active accounts

The primary account is the main account attached to the login. The active account is the account you are currently viewing. They are often the same, but you can switch active account when several accounts are linked.
