Help: Memberships and Cards

Cards belong to your login and primary account, but they can be used across the accounts and skates linked to that login.

Card types

The portal currently supports membership cards and quick drop cards. Each card can optionally have a primary account and skate association for reference.

Card states

Requested means the card has been asked for but not yet issued. Issued means it is active. Expired means it has ended. Withdrawn means it has been removed from use.

Benefits

Some membership cards may have benefits attached, such as Staff, VIP, or Club. Those benefits are visible in your account, but any linked discount codes are handled internally.
