Help: The Login

Your login is the top-level identity in the portal. It lets you sign in and then access one or more customer accounts underneath it.

You are not currently signed in, so the examples below are generic.

What the login does

The login controls access to your portal session. It is not the same thing as a customer account. One login can be linked to several accounts, such as an adult account and one or more child accounts.

Sign-in methods

The portal can sign you in with Google or with a mobile one-time code. Once you are signed in, the portal uses that login to show the accounts, skates, cards, and history linked to you.

Why account setup still asks for details

Even if you sign in with Google, the portal may still ask for a mobile number or account details. That is because workshop communication and account ownership are stored at account level, not only at login level.
